I Mean, Really...

...who blogs anymore these days? I'm guessing maybe 5 or 600 people. But more importantly than that, who the hell actually reads this one?! Besides me?!?!

That's what I thought. :-P

I was kinda surprised, both pleasantly and unexpectedly, that this blog was still around. Honestly. Look, it's been 7+ months since the last post and that was about how long it was since the previous post! I think I'm starting to see a trend here.

Well, at the very least, I did notice that the pics of the kids are already outdated! While I did just add Bean's pic, the other two monkeys have certainly changed in the short amount of time they've been breathing on this planet. Perhaps I'll get around to updating their pics in the coming months... ish. Looking through the rest of the blog, I've discovered that many of the other pics have vanished for some odd reason. Or, I'm not as good at shooting / editing my photos as I had previously thought. Maybe I'll work on getting those restored. Maybe. Hmm... And, while I'm at it, maybe update just what's been going in, on and around our very noisy abode in the past, what?, year or so.

But without the chapter breaks.

So I'm a tad behind...

...with the blogging thing. Oops.

I can't say that I'm embarrassed that it's been over a year since I last looked at this thing... really. I just, well, would rather do other things than blog, I guess. You know, like update Facebook or Tweet or trim the nose hair or... wait, what?! Did I really just say... that?! Yup, I did. I said Tweet. I do the Twitter thing. Doesn't mean I understand it though.

As for this blog... well, I don't really know what I'm gonna do with it. It's not like I haven't anything to blog about per se, I do. I have lots to... blog. (Really though, what an ugly word... blog. Bleh.) And I have plenty of pics to post as well. But my other laptop is broken and I'm afraid to touch it without it disintegrating in my hands and losing all the pics I have on it. Blah, blah, blah. Excuses, excu- OH! SQUIRREL!

Soooo, what's goin' on? OK then. Briefly: (I'll have to warm back up to Blogger...)

Dude is about to turn 4 at the beginning of August. Football will be 2.5 at the same time. And... Bean will join us at the end of August. Yup. Another one. 3. Three. Tres. Outnumbered is more like it. ;-) Zippy's thrilled while I'm nervously excited... aaaaand looking to get fixed. Oh, joy.

But it is a joy actually. Bean is a GIRL! And that explains the 'nervous' part of my excitement. Now I gotta go re-read that manual and look at the pink section! Hooo boy. I mean, girl. Whatever.

Besides that little nugget of info... I'm still employed at the Deuce and actually got a raise this week! Finally. It's only been 5 freakin' years! Zippy's doin' a great job with Dude and Football; she's got a killer garden... hopefully, once they start to grow. Minor detail. Dude is actually ready for and has been accepted into pre-school in the fall! Aaaaand... did I mention the preggo thing?! Soccerball every Thursday and Saturday, RSL back in the swing of the season, this Spring season has sucked 'cause it's been more like Fall, blah blah blah.

Okay... that's enough of a warm-up for now. Long winded yet again... *sigh*
